Job Summary

The role requires multi-disciplinary expertise and must be able to apply an understanding of the industry to improve effectiveness, provide guidance, and influence processes and policies for the HSE discipline as well as identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems that impact effectiveness.

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Support Ecosystems International Management in achievement of safe operations for wastewater treatment activities. Knowledgeable of relevant internal standards and external regulations to ensure activities associated with D&C operations are in full compliance.
• Comply & manage CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System) to achieve E-CHSEMS.
• HSE budgeting plan for all project.
• Create HSE Plan & presentation
• Ensure the company has implemented all the clauses in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14000:2015 & ISO 45001:2018.
• Conduct evaluation on road hazard assessment – JMP (Journey management plan) for mobilization & de-mobilization.
• Preparing HSE document
• Scheduling MCU (Medical check up) & training for all employee
• Inspect safety equipment at well site & head office.
• Create HIRADC (Hazard Identification, risk assessment and determining control) and JSA (Job safety analysis) for drilling wastewater treatment activities.
• Supervise HSE activities in well site & head office.
• Conduct and attend HSE meeting (Technical HSE meeting, pre spud meeting, daily drilling operation meeting, etc.)
• Conduct incident and investigation report.
• Ensure & implement emergency response plan at well site & head office
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly HSE report
• Prepared and summaries Monthly HSE performance leading and lagging indicator
• Conduct HSE campaign.
• Conduct safety induction to all visitor who is visiting head office

 

Qualifications

   1.  BS occupational safety, environmental, chemical, industrial and mechanical engineering.
   2.  Have a supporting certificate (AK3 Umum and K3 Migas) 
   3.  Minimum of 2 years’ experience in same position (HSE Coordinator) Oil & Gas.
   4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
   5. Demonstrated ability to organize and motivate teams and drive change cross-functionally.
   6. Proven people and project management skills with the ability to meet established goals and timelines.
   7. Candidate will have experience in providing training.
